Power Rankings - Week 12

Good Evening Gentlemen,
Here are the Power Rankings for Week 12.
You may notice some jarring moves since Week 11. That is not necessarily reflective of the past week. What has finally happened, is that everyone has finally played everyone at least once. From that point, I am able to use Matrix Multiplication through Excell to calculate our rankings.
It's a very simple formula, as I do not have any kind of statistics background (in fact I failed Calculus based Stats in CEGEP). In a nutshell:
Wins & Overtime wins count for the same
Shootout wins count for less
Regulation losses are the worst, followed by OT losses, and then Shootout losses aren't really that bad.
GF and GA are also taking into consideration, but only against each individual opponent (not your overall GA and GF).
Example:
Let's take VAN vs EDM
Van has 1 shootout victory, 3 regulation losses, and 1 overtime loss. They have 19 GF and 30 GA vs EDM. Their "score" vs EDM is 1.137755
EDM has the opposite: 3 regulation victories, 1 overtime victory and 1 shootout loss. 30 GF and 19 GA. Their "score" vs VAN is 5.112245
Based on their scores, EDM is expected to beat VAN, so when that happens, they don't necessarily get a ton of points. However, if VAN beats EDM, given their "scores", VAN will earn more points, because EDM was the better team.
So up to his point, it has been me, doing the "eye ball" test. To place teams. From now A.I. will do it. So if you hate your ranking, now it's Excel's fault.
